Source BioScience announces that its 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered offices, 1 Orchard Place, Nottingham Business Park, Nottingham NG8 6PX at 10.30 am on 13 June 2012. Formal notice of this meeting is available on the website and has been posted to shareholders together with a copy of the 2011 Annual Report and Accounts, a copy of which can be downloaded from the Source BioScience website - www.sourcebioscience.com.

A copy of the 2011 Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Attendance at the Arablab Exhibition in Dubai

Following on from attendance at the Arab Health Conference in Dubai back in January, Source BioScience announces its attendance at the ArabLab Exhibition from 26-29 March in Dubai, where they will be located at Stand 645.

Sales Director, Dr Khosrow Shami and other representatives from the LifeSciences team at Source BioScience will be on hand to discuss solutions for life science research and diagnostics requirements, as well as areas of mutual interest and collaboration.

The LifeSciences division is already a trusted and leading European provider of DNA sequencing, genomic services and bioinformatic analyses to diagnostic and research markets, including the UK National Health Service. The Diagnostics division provides screening and reference laboratory diagnostic testing for cancer and other diseases.

The Group continues to expand its LifeSciences and Diagnostics divisions' service offering and expertise in the Middle East's scientific and healthcare community.
