Honeybee cDNA Collection (Riken) The RIKEN Omics Center has generated one of the largest cDNA collections from honeybee that is now available for the research community. All clones were isolated from full-length cDNA libraries, and are end-sequenced from their 3' and 5' ends. Please note that these clones may not contain a full gene coding sequence. Product Range Applications How to order Technical Data Over 87,000 clones. For identifying and mapping unknown genes, or a possible source for genetic material when a full-length cDNA is not available for a particular gene. For individual clone orders please use our website search engine. Searches can be performed using gene symbol, accession number or the Riken Honeybee clone id (e.g.BH10073D07) which can be found on NCBI EST database here. The use of the resource is limited to research purposes. The collection is subject to the following MTA and our clone terms and conditions.
