Human cDNA Collection (Riken) The Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) funded the Genome Network Project for a better understanding of the human genome. As one of the key members of the Genome Network Project, the RIKEN Omics Center generated a large number of human cDNA clones that are end-sequenced from their 3' and/or 5' ends. Product Range Applications How to order Technical Data 3' and/or 5' end sequenced est clones. For identifying and mapping unknown genes, or a possible source for genetic material when a full-length cDNA is not available for a particular gene. Order Conditions The use of the resource is limited to research purposes. The collection is subject to the following MTA and our clone terms and conditions. Due to MTA requirements, individual clones and libraries should be ordered via our website. To order individual clones, find the clone id eg H07D088P20 from an EST search on NCBI, and search and order at the link below.
